Yeah it's been a lot, but those two cases were related. The same man was responsible for both invasions, we just beat him the first time.

you register with the govt, give up your secret identity, and they watch you for the rest of your life. they tell you when and how you're allowed to use your abilities, and if you don't obey, they come after you and lock you up forever and probably run secret experiments on you, and there's nothing you can do to stop them bc it's the govt.

Wow. Things never got that bad for us, as far as I know, but I'm not going to pretend any of it sounds surprising considering the government.

From what I know, you either work for the government or retire, if you do any vigilante work after that you are a criminal and they will put you somewhere they legally shouldn't. Which I thought was already pretty bad.

It does. We were used to winning at the last minute, but people can't win all the time, not even if they work hard at it.

yeah i think the govt’s been doing that for a while though, even before the act was passed

like i got locked up when i accidentally blew up my high school and it wasn’t your average juvie place
