Looks like there's something going around. I don't know if it's contagious or not, that's a job for the doctors and scientists among us, but seems like we'll all do better if we stay in touch.
Does everyone have someone who'll come looking if they go radio silent? If not, let me know. I'll keep eyes out. Maybe they'll even be my own.

Re: [private]
There's no one in any world you would have to be concerned about.
Re: [private]
[No, send help here, because she is dying. This place is weird and dangerous and not at all where she should be, but she can definitely see it has its moments.]
Wow, easy there, Bruce, don't want you to sprain anything.
You are cute when you get flustered, but I feel guilty doing it via text. It's unfair.

Re: [private]
You know me, always happy to help.
Do you have any ideas yet about what it is? I've only heard about three or four people sick so far, but it already feels like a 'so far' is necessary.
Re: [private]
What I am worried about is that nothing can be taken at face value in this situation we're in. This could be a natural cause, or it could be a test of some kind.
Re: [private]
And without better diagnostic equipment, it's hard to tell. Not that that would help with the latter, either.
Is there anything I can get or do to help? I'm still figuring out things here, I don't have any commitments or obligations to get in the way. And someone has to keep you from doing everything yourself.

Re: [private]
Who, me? Stubborn? Clearly you have me mistaken for someone else.
I'll keep both eyes out. I'll message Beverly, too, in case she needs anything, either. And I'll be stopping by anyway to make sure you both eat and sleep. Can't fix the world if you go down.
Re: [private]
Speed is of the essence, these things can move fast, and yes, there is an advanced possibility the two of us get sick, and then we'd all be in serious trouble. But that's worst case scenario. We'll be okay.
Re: [private]
I guess I've gotten used to expecting worst case scenarios the last few years. Hoping for the best is sort of a foreign concept these days.
I'll try not to worry too much. Might give myself wrinkles, and I don't want to get old before my time.
Excuse me. 'Mature.'
Re: [private]
Think of it this way, no matter what you'll never be older than me. I already have the wrinkles and the gray hairs. You have a long way to go, kid.

He figured anyone looking would be looking so hard at the rest of us they wouldn't even see him.
Or, I quote, 'what are the pigeons gonna do, turn me in for the reward money'
Re: [private]
Sam seems like a great guy, I only exchanged a handful of words with him.
Re: [private]
Most people. I'd know you in any crowd.
He is a great guy. Suspiciously great. Makes a mean pancake, too.
Re: [private]
I really had no idea what was in store for us from there.
Re: [private]
You can try sometime, if you want. Just promise me you won't do anything permanent to your hair.
What did you think was going to happen, that first time? I've always wondered.
Re: [private]
I thought you were going to try to kill me, because that's what I usually suspect. I know that SHIELD is smarter than that, but it's not a new concern.
I didn't want to kill you. I liked you right away. But he was worse then, if you remember.
