Looks like there's something going around. I don't know if it's contagious or not, that's a job for the doctors and scientists among us, but seems like we'll all do better if we stay in touch.
Does everyone have someone who'll come looking if they go radio silent? If not, let me know. I'll keep eyes out. Maybe they'll even be my own.

Re: (private)
Seems like the kind of thing that would be obvious. Does this place really not have any sort of plan for when these things happen?
(private)
[ can you hear the salt over text? bet you can. ]
Re: (private)
Is that just a recent development? There was a plan, but the people organizing things left? Or was there never any arrangement made?
[She knows there's been turnover, but still. She would have expected something, at least.]
(private)
i hope it goes smoother for you.
(private)
Maybe that's one of the reasons for the high turnover rate. Keeps people less willing to trust enough to make it work.

Re: (private)
You in? If I get something rolling.
(private)
yeah i'm in.

You were military, weren't you?
[They haven't talked about it yet, but she knows how to read the signs when she sees them.]

[It's a question, more than anything. But an answer can be easily avoided, if he doesn't feel like it.]

[ he assumes she asked about his service because she needs something from him. ]
Re: (private)
Someone to help plan watches. Come up with paths. Weak points. You know the terrain better than I do.
[It's just practical.]
(private)
i guess i could do that. if you want.

(private)
i'm on it.
Re: (private)
Then you already know.
Thanks. And if you know anyone else who might be useful for this sort of thing, let me know. I'm still putting names to faces.
[Or, you know, skill sets to faces.]

[ he would've said clint, but that guy's gone. so. ]
Re: (private)
The book's useful, but it doesn't have all the answers. Just keep it in mind. If it's not too much trouble.
(private)
me and you are the only people i know with that kind of training, but anyone can get something useful out of the vending machine if they want to help i guess.
Re: (private)
[Ooh, there's another thing she's been wondering about.]
Have you tried it yet?

Re: (private)
Good to know. I'm guessing there's still a learning curve--no manual included?

Re: (private)
I've seen a few internet quizzes for that one. What did you end up turning into?
