I think that it might be a similar poison. Which means that it originates from this island.

[ Peggy would much rather be the one out there trying to find a source of the cure than helplessly lounging in bed and being useless, but she also has to acknowledge her weaknesses and at this point in time, that's greatly to do with the fact that she's not going anywhere. ]

[ She trusts Wanda, so she knows the other woman will be excellent when it comes to discovering something that will help everyone. ]
