Dear: Whomever Might Be Reading,
I know that this method of communication is not new for most of you, but it is unlike anything I've ever really used before. I have discovered that one can make crude little faces to express emotion, like this - (: and ):
This made me curious as to what other things related to this electronic way of "speaking" I am ignorant about. Are there other faces? Are there rules about what might be forbidden? I find myself with more time than I know what to do with, and so any distractions in the form of advice would be helpful.

Yes, I think it makes more sense. They're electronic letters, but shorter than the emails I was told about and shown before. I like that I can use it to send messages to my friends, like you!

You can probably write as long as an e-mail, but texting is supposed to be shorter messages. I like your original username, Spark Plug. Is that your new nickname?

I will remember that going forward, to write shorter messages. Sometimes I have so much to say that a shorter message simply isn't enough!
Rhodey gave it to me! I don't know what a Spark Plug is, but I like it! So long as it isn't Lord of Thunder. I didn't like that one.

A spark plug delivers electric current from an ignition system to the combustion chamber of a spark-ignition engine to ignite the compressed fuel/air mixture by an electric spark, while containing combustion pressure within the engine. You can see it as the electrical spark that makes something bigger function, which I think is a pretty perfect description for you.

No, not even a little bit. I'm sorry that he's gone because it sounds like he was starting to get a life of his own, sort of, but this place would be in danger if he was here.
Then again I almost died of an illness and might have had a few seconds of 'if the Hulk was here, I wouldn't have been able to get sick' feeling.
You're still relatively young by Asgardian standards right? There's still a whole lot for you to learn about yourself outside of your powers too. So that's what you can do now.

You deserve to also have a life of your own, and even though there would be benefits to having him here, like in the case of illness, I am glad that you are getting to experience a separate life here. I wish it were under different circumstances, but if you are happy to be on your own, then I am happy with and for you. :)
I am relatively young by Asgardian standards, yes. I've not had much encouragement to sort all of that out. My fate was very clear for me from the time I was born, as a future ruler of Asgard, and my powers had a great deal to do with that. But you're right, I suppose now is a time for me to figure out who Thor is without his lightning and thunder. Having friends here will help.

Yeah, exactly. That's the positive way to spin it. You get a chance now to know who you are without any other expectations on you. You can do some self-reflection. You're an amazing person, so you'll just be able to see more of that now.
