There's about 12 people missing and not all of them have checked in

Keep an eye out for them I guess? There's more danger in a large group being noticed, but there's also safety in numbers if you can keep quiet

Assuming this... abrupt translocation isn't out of the ordinary, I'd expect they're also somewhere beyond the boundaries of the village.
