Text; private to Thor | un: Loptr
I've been taken from the village again, as if the first time hadn't been headache enough. If you remained behind, stay there. We've been given enough supplies to survive until our return.

voice | un: Spark Plug
He'd been wanting to send a message to him once he'd realized what had happened, but he had second guessed himself in doing so. He'd felt his brother's absence from their home more than he'd visually noticed it, and in an attempt to give his brother the space Thor knew he needed, he's been waiting for Loki to extend the peace-branch first.
When the text comes through, Thor's more or less screaming into his wrist device, weeks of pent-up worry and sadness barreling out at once.]
LOKI! LOKI, I AM VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT YOU'RE OKAY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TAKEN, THOUGH I'M UNSURE AS TO WHERE AS I'VE NOT BEEN TO THIS PART OF THE VILLAGE BEFORE. IF — IF WE ARE EVEN IN THE VILLAGE STILL? [He pauses, glancing around, trying to regain some modicum of composure. And some normal voice modulation.] There is a mountain on one side of us, and I hear rushing water to the other, so I think there is a stream? River? To the other side.
You are with another person? [Another pause before his voice drops in pitch, and he adopts a much more stern Older Brother tone.] Do not lead your companion into deliberate danger, Loki. And for Odin's sake, stay out of trees if you can help it.
Voice, reluctantly
[For all that Loki has always been quick to snap at Thor, the sting from his voice is notably absent even with the admonishment. Perhaps it's regret for treating Thor so coldly when they'd been taken, perhaps it's guilt for his distance or even relief that Thor sounds as whole and well as any of them can expect to be.]
I expect the provisions wouldn't be necessary if we were anywhere near the villages. Stay near the water and follow it back. If the fates have granted you any favor they may even lead you home and not into the jaws of some beast.
[Thor can't see his face, but Loki is certain his brother will be able to hear the way he rolls his eyes.]
And to think I had such an eventful evening planned.
Worry not, brother. Romanoff is more hassle to me dead than she is alive.
no subject
[Thor's not overly concerned about what they might encounter, confident in his abilities as a fighter and protector, even without his supernatural abilities. He can't help but wonder for a fleeting moment whether or not he perhaps he should be a bit more concerned.] Eventful evening? Not at home, I imagine. [It's said more under-the-breath than purposefully loud enough to hear, but he knows Loki's heard him.]
You're with— Are you sure she feels the same way about you? She's not particularly fond of you, you know.
