Pent up anger? It's never healthy. Sometimes you just can't help it though.

True. I won't argue with that. But shouldn't you have some kind of a healthy outlet for it? Exercise? Boxing? Anything?

I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. It's very healthy.

Being angry? Sure. Bottling in emotions though isn't what's healthy.

Generally I've found that it's when the anger isn't bottled up that things get ugly.

I guess it can go both ways.
