Hi, my name is Steve. Many of you I know, some I don't. Normally, I'd made a speech about this, but I'm a little out of practice with those. So I'm just gonna be straight with you.

I'd like to learn how to fight.

With sticks, with staff, with a sword. I'd like to learn archery. Clint taught me the basics but he's not here and that's a skill I need to hone. Payment can be in trade - manual labor, I'm good enough with my hands, or some artistic if I can find some extra supplies.

I should ask, have you ever had experience with martial training? Regular exercises and the like? And fighting, because it can hurt a bit.

I was a captain in the army, and then part of a special group that took care of problems. Does that count?

Well, I've got someone else I'm trying to encourage to get his nose out of a book and actually learn something. And I'm supposed to teach a woman named Peggy when she's feeling a bit better.

Nope. There's only one Peggy around here that I know of. She was one of my first trainers.

Really? Well then that might make her a great training partner. Color me amused. But yeah, I can teach multiple. In fact, staff training tends to be better with multiple people.

Granted I can't be too hard on her because she's going to teach me hand to hand some and... well, she's going to beat me up.

How about we have you come by and see if you’re even interested. Most likely if I’m there is will be in green scrubs and probably barefoot. Oh and there will be practice staffs by the door. I always show up with them.
