Wrist devices may send texts of any length, as well as do voice and video calls, and recordings of either to send immediately or save for later.

@ & Private Texts

You may @ any character to get their attention and direct a public or private text to them. If a text is private to a specific character or group, please make that very clear so there is no confusion. If a text is not marked private, anyone may reply even if it is not @ them.
