You are right. There is very little that can improve on this. But some set dressing is always nice. Some ropes, candles, maybe a fire and a nice warm pelt.

Never. I mean, I've known people who were interested in handcuffs, but never something I've experienced.

Trust, but that doesn't necessarily overwhelm a fear of heights. At least heights I was not responsible in creating myself.
